About the Role

Join KlusAI to lead enterprise reporting and analytics solutions for two strategic German clients in the enterprise software space. You'll architect scalable data models, build sophisticated Power BI dashboards, and drive data-driven decision-making across financial and operational functions.

This role offers significant autonomy in an agile environment, working directly with business stakeholders to transform complex ERP data into actionable insights. You'll split your time between two clients (3-4 days and 1-2 days per week respectively), providing both technical expertise and strategic consulting on reporting architecture. The entire work will be done remotely.

We're looking for someone who combines deep Power BI mastery with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently across time zones. German language proficiency is essential for stakeholder communication.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop scalable data warehouses, data models, and ETL processes for enterprise reporting
  • Build advanced Power BI solutions including complex dashboards, DAX calculations, and self-service analytics environments
  • Deliver financial reporting solutions (Balance Sheet, P&L, operational KPIs, service performance metrics)
  • Integrate and harmonize data from Microsoft Dynamics ERP and multiple source systems while ensuring data quality and governance
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions through direct collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders
  • Provide strategic consulting on reporting architecture, data modeling best practices, and analytics optimization
  • Manage parallel workstreams across two client engagements with independent project ownership

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in BI development and data analytics
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English for stakeholder communication
  • Project management and business analyst capabilities with ability to work independently
  • Experience delivering financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L) and operational dashboards

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure data services and cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of dbt or other modern data transformation tools
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Looker in addition to Power BI
  • Background in consulting or multi-client environments
  • Certifications in Power BI or Microsoft data platform technologies
